I knit a baby sweater with this yarn. It is soft and knits up nicely. Didn’t tend to split and it has great stitch definition. The bottom of the sweater I knit is lacy. It looks really nice. I’m proud to be able to gift it to a new mom!

I have an issue with Debbie Bliss sweater patterns and recommended yarn; generally I am very satisfied with the pattern and the yarn, but the number of balls of yarn is not sufficient to finish the pattern. What to do? If I order an additional ball, I not only have to pay the price at time of order (which may be more than the original price) plus the S&H cost again. Can you advise?
Not much cashmere
Amounts varied substantially and some had small knots.

During the manufacturing process, when these beautiful fibres are spun and wound into balls, the yarn can occasionally break and be rejoined. We understand this can be frustrating—especially if it happens at a critical point in your project—and we certainly share that frustration when we come across it ourselves. The mills we work with do their best to minimise this, and industry standards generally allow up to three joins per ball.
