Not much cashmere
Amounts varied substantially and some had small knots.
Dear Hariette, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced variations in the amounts and found knots in some of the skeins of Debbie Bliss Cashmerino DK. During the manufacturing process, when these beautiful fibres are spun and wound into balls, the yarn can occasionally break and be rejoined. We understand this can be frustrating—especially if it happens at a critical point in your project—and we certainly share that frustration when we come across it ourselves. The mills we work with do their best to minimise this, and industry standards generally allow up to three joins per ball. However, if you find more than this in a single ball, or if multiple balls in your order contain joins, please do get in touch with us at customerservice@yarn.com so we can review this for you and help further.
