Desserts

These Desserts are mostly knit in the round, (Intermediate Level), using Magic Loop (or double pointed needles). All the foods are approx. realistic sizes and are created using #3-light wt. (DK wt.) yarn and size 3 (3.25mm) 32” Circular Knitting Needles (if using Magic Loop). Because space is limited here, all yardage and yarns used for each dessert can be found on my Ravelry pattern site, but total yardage is approx. 580 yds.

1. Drinking Straw (cut to 5”)
2. Plastic Canvas Shapes (cut from rectangle piece)

~ 1 3/8” circle (for cup cone)

~ 1 ¾” circle (for cupcake)

~ 3” circle (3) (one for basic cookie, 2 for sandwich)

~ 1 ¼” x 2” oval (for popsicle)

~ Shapes for cake top and bottom, cut to match piece.

2. Large-Eyed Blunt Needle & Long Straight Pins
3. Polyester Fiberfill Stuffing
4. Size 3 (3.25mm) Crochet Hook (for applied icing)
