Product Description
Classic v-neck sweater with drop shoulders and curved hem, worked seamlessly from top down. The shoulders are shaped with short rows for better fit. The upper back is worked first. Stitches for each front are then picked up from the CO-row of the back and worked separately to the given length, adding the V-neck shaping. The fronts are then joined and worked in one piece to the same length as the back. Front and back are then joined and the body is worked in the round, shaping the hem with short rows. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armholes and the sleeves are worked in the rounds towards the cuffs. The pattern includes a photo tutorial for German short rows and two options for the curved hem.
GAUGE 26.5 sts and 37 rows in Stockinette stitch using larger needles = 4” / 10 cm after blocking. Use the needle size that gives you the gauge.
