Product Description
Sometimes you want to try something just a little out of the ordinary to keep knitting interesting. The body of this vest is worked in two pieces - the left side of the body (front and back together) and right side of the body (again, front and back together). After adding the edging to the backs, the left and right sides are joined by using Three-Needle Bind-Off.
Use ribbon or ribbon yarn to lace up the back of the vest. Add a bead closure at the bottom to match the bead closures used for the front.
You'll need about 3 yds / 2.7 m of ribbon or ribbon yarn, 18 round beads that are 12 mm diameter, and 36 size 6 (4 mm) seed beads; make sure the holes in the beads are big enough to thread the ribbon through them.
