Harbor Fog Cowl

I just love to be wrapped in a big cozy shawl on foggy mornings at the beach. This cowl gives me the feel and look without the fuss. Just pop it on and go! The cowl is knitted top down, flat and seamed. A circular needle is suggested to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
