Product Description
This quick-knit headband combines two cable patterns. It can be knit in about 3 hours. The suggested yarn is Tosh DK, but this headband can be knit in any DK weight yarn.
To make a seamless closure, a provisional cast-on is used, and Kitchener stitch is used to graft the two ends. Not to fear though -- a photo tutorial is included in the pattern for both techniques.
The headband will fit a 21" circumference head.
Materials: 100 to 120 yards of Knitpicks Shine DK yarn in Lemon Yellow (or other DK yarn with good stitch definition)
Equipment: * US Size 6 (4 cm) knitting needles * Size G/6 (4 cm) crochet hook * Tapestry needle * Cable needle
