Knitting Techniques and Construction

This sweater is constructed using fundamental knitting techniques suitable for intermediate crafters. The pattern involves shaping at key points including armhole decreases and detailed front and back neck shaping. The construction method uses separate pieces that are worked flat before assembly, with specific attention paid to maintaining stitch counts through multiple decrease sequences. The neckband is worked using circular needles in the round, demonstrating a combination of flat and circular knitting methods within a single project.
