Pros

  • Sheen
  • Soft hand

Cons

    • Warm Weather Scarves

I'd love to try socks with this yarn, but I seem to keep knitting scarves! I also want to try this for a shawl. The hand-dyed skeins match up with the solid skeins beautifully. This is rapidly becoming my favorite non-hat yarn (but then, I need some cute summer hats, so who knows?)

I'm crocheting some socks for warm weather and am impressed with how nicely this is working up. It's much more elastic that cotton and there's a nice give to the sock material. It's soft, yet has good stitch definition.

I bought this yarn to make a cotton lightweight sweater. I am using Sz.3needles and so far so good. The yarn has a great texture and feels soft - also great drape.

            Fantastic warm weather skinny yarn!

Can't write enough good things about this yarn. It's easy to care for, wash and wear, and is a godsend for those of us who live in warm weather year-round. It displays intricate stitching beautifully, and skinny yarns are more flattering on the body. The bamboo absorbs moisture, the silk gives it a sweet feel--and if you want a quicker knit, just hold it doubled!
