This yarn has a lovely feel and the combination I got is beautiful. I purchased two skeins because I wasn’t sure one would suffice for my project. The yarn is not plied and it has four strands. The colors change one strand at a time, creating a watercolor-like effect. So why do I rate it at two stars? Because the second color had a strand that became longer than the other three.
