What you'll need
Product Details
You knit, you learn. It's just a Jagged Little Stripe--and warm weather sibling of ZZ's Top. You'll use short rows to create a set of slanted stripes that zigzag across the bodice of this top-down, classic shaped sweater. The short rows are engineered to work seamlessly with the striping pattern, so you can enjoy the knitting and have a blast choosing a color palette! Choose three colors within a gradient, or work in contrasting or complementary colorways.
The set-in sleeve version has you work the upper fronts and back of the sweater first, then pick up just a handful of sts at the top of the sleeve cap. A photo tutorial guides you through the process as you work the garment one piece after that, using increases to create the sleeves and upper bodice. If you prefer to work the raglan version, you will cast on for the back of the neck and the sleeves while gradually adding sts to the front for the scooped neckline. Raglan increases are worked as usual to create the upper bodice.
