I’m a flicker, so I use shorter needle tips all the time. These are great. Slick without being slippery, blunter than lace tips, so don’t split the yarn. Have already knitted 200 grams of yarn with this set - in brioche and garter. I’m in love. The one down side is you get just the tips. No cord, no tightner, so you have to have another knit pro interchangeable set for that.
Great needle tips and inch markings are useful. I bought the tips as a gift so haven’t used them, however I have other KnitPro needle tips and they’re great.
