Lakelet

Lakelet is a shawlette inspired by sitting on a lake-side dock, watching the sun come up. The shawl begins at the corner with just a few stitches, and grows across the width of the shawlette until you finally reach a lace edging, which is worked with a small amount of contrasting yarn in a colour the shade of a cloud at sunrise. Easily made larger or smaller, the original was made with 110g of Kettle Yarn Co. Beyul yarn in the yurt colourway and 25g of Beyul in the Steppe colourway.
