I used two colorways of this yarn for a Missoni-style scarf, and the colors and striping effects were beautiful. This yarn is somewhat splitty, and the stitches felt together readily, so go slowly when ripping back. It's a yarn with a nice hand and some springiness, but it feels a little coarse on the neck. I would use this yarn in projects where skin sensitivity is not a big issue.

Comments about Lang Mille Colori Baby:

I used the product on a free scarf pattern on ravelry. It was called "zickzack". I gave the scarf as a gift and it was loved. The yarn quality is a three but the subtlety of the color changes gave it a "4".

Knitting a light weight sweater in plain stockinette stitch with corded edges. The colors are vibrant enough to enhance the ordinary pattern. 100% wool will be durable. Love this yarn.

Comments about Lang Mille Colori Baby:

I chose this to make with the free Zick zack scarf pattern (Missoni style). The variations are gorgeous. One thing to note: one ball of yarn can vary significantly from another even within the same dye lot. However, I feel the webs staff did a great job of sending matching skeins for my project. The yarn is soft to the touch and has a good hand-feel to it.

Comments about Lang Mille Colori Baby:

I absolutely love the vibrant color and color variation of this yarn, as well as its soft feel. I made the 'zick zack' scarf with it, and I can honestly say that this scarf is the loveliest, most striking piece of knitting I've ever made. I felt like a painter making it! That being said, I reluctantly gave the yarn only four stars instead of five, because although I like yarn with some textural variation, this yarn could go from thick to not just thin, but thread-bare, in a matter of a couple of stitches. I had this problem with one of my four balls in particular, so maybe I just got the one bad ball. This variation didn't effect the my particular pattern because the 'zick zack' looks 'purled,' but the super thin yarn would definetly show up in stockingnette. Would buy it again, though!

Comments about Lang Mille Colori Baby:

What a great choice for hats and mittens, especially stranded to show off the slow color transitions. Rich jewel tones transition without muddies. The singles creates a softness to stitches as well as the overall accessory. This yarn makes a fabulous, luxurious Pom Pom!
Tinking back can be a bit tricky because of the yarn's construction, but is not any worse than any other singles. The consistency of the yarn is good.
