- Child - 22cm (8 ½ in) wide, 24cm (9 ½ in) long
- Adult Small - 27cm (10 ½ in) wide, 34cm (13 ½ in) long
- Adult Large - 31cm (12 in) wide, 34cm (13 ½ in) long
When choosing the size keep in the mind that they are stretching quite a lot, so the finished size of the leg warmer must be smaller than your leg actually is. The sample is in size adult small.
Materials:
- sport weight yarn approx. 80gr up to 140gr (or 350 up to 620yards). For the sample I used alpaca blend yarn
- small amount of contrasting colour yarn (sport weight yarn as well)
- crochet hook 3.5mm (E) or size needed to obtain gauge
- buttons (I used 14 buttons, but you can choose how many to use)
- tapestry needle
Stitches used: st(s) – stitch(es) ch – chain stitch sc – single crochet dc – double crochet
