Maxee the Monkey

Maxee the Monkey is a lovely cheeky monkey with bendy arms and legs. He has a thumb and his digits are achieved by simple sewing methods, all the instructions are included in the pattern.

I’ve called him Maxee after my grandson, who’s middle name is Max, this monkey kind of reminds me of him, lovable but a little bit cheeky too.

Maxee is a very simple knit, every row has its own line and I don’t use abbreviations, rows are numbered and I include a stitch count at the end of every row. Maxee is knitted flat and sewn up.

Also included in this package are very detailed photographic step by step making up instructions, these are to guide you to achieving a perfect monkey. But I would like to warn you that the pattern plus making up instructions runs to 16 pages, it may be an idea to print the pattern and save the making up instructions to refer to when necessary.
