Oh no! The moths got your favorite sweater, your socks have shredded heels or toes, your mittens or gloves are worn out at the fingers (or thumbs), the dog ate a hole in your grandmother’s afghan!!!! What do you do to save these hand made or store bought treasures?
Bring your damaged item to class and learn how to mend different types of damage in the correct way. So many holes, so many ways to mend them. Simply buying a yarn the right color to fill in a hole is rarely the correct option. The Button and Spool is an independent fiber restoration/mending service and have mended just about everything. They will share some of their valuable techniques with you so that your item does not end up in the trash.
For the comfort and safety of our students and teachers, students may be asked to wear a mask during in person classes and workshops, and masks are available upon request.
