This intermediate-level class is for spinners comfortable spinning with spinning on a continuous yarn - who want to take their craft to the next level. Covering different drafting techniques and matching them to your project, fiber theory, use of color and yarn design, plying on the spindle, and an awesome technique for chain plying as you spin, will all be practiced in class.
For the comfort and safety of our students and teachers, students may be asked to wear a mask during in person classes and workshops, and masks are available upon request.
Format: In-Person
Prerequisite: Must have taking Intro to Drop Spindle or equivalent
Materials Required:
2-3 ounces of Mixed Blue Face Leicester wool / 4" whorl drop spindle (or the spindle you use) / Ashford Niddy Noddy

Cancellation
Policy: For all classes, payment of full tuition is due at time of
registration. Tuition will be refunded only if the class is cancelled by WEBS,
or if there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled.
