Nice soft cotton blend

I used this yarn to make a baby blanket. It washes well, but does have some fibers that do appear at the edges of the blanket that I trimmed off. It is very soft Pima cotton with a small percentage of Merino wool. It was very pleasant to knit with.

Dye bled and ruined my project

I knit a sweater for my great grandson. I put a tablespoon of clothes detergent in a bucket of lukewarm water and let it soak for 15 minutes. The water was the color of the yarn. The dye bled terribly. I'm so upset. It colored the rinse water. It has probably ruined the sweater with botching.

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. I’m really sorry for any frustration caused! With deeply saturated shades, some dye release can occasionally occur in the first washes. Please ensure the care instructions on the yarn ball band are followed. For future washes, a colour catcher may help, and some customers also find a gentle vinegar soak can reduce further dye release. However, if you still feel this is unusual, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can look into it further.

My go to choice for baby projects. It knits beautifully and is machine washable. So soft, with beautiful colors that stay true with washing.

I’m in the process of knitting with this yarn and have found it easy to knit, a good drape, and a lovely color.
