The wrap is constructed as a single seamless piece, eliminating the need for joining seams in the main body.

Construction Method and Techniques

This wrap is worked bottom-up and flat on straight needles, beginning with a cast-on of 109 stitches. The construction is seamless in its main body, with the pattern worked continuously until the desired length is achieved. The design features prominent cable stitches that create textural interest and visual dimension throughout the piece.

The cable technique is executed by slipping stitches onto a cable needle and holding them either at the front or back of the work before knitting the main stitches, then working the held stitches. This creates the characteristic twisted rope-like appearance of cables. The pattern alternates cable crossings at regular intervals to maintain consistent visual rhythm across the width of the wrap.

Stitch Pattern Details
