Quilt Block Rug

Easy to work, this rug is endlessly customizable! Work it in any color combination to suit your decor, and any size to fit your space. Blocks of garter stitch with a series of mitered squares in each corner (also worked in garter) were inspired by simple quilt blocks. Solid or heathered colors lend the look of a vintage quilt. For a more updated look, consider using semi-solid or hand painted colors for the center and mitered squares.
