Rowan Petal from Bloom 1 is a lovely women’s cropped turtleneck
pullover with buttons on the inside of back sleeve extensions borders knit with
two strands of Cotton Wool held together. The sweater is knit flat in pieces from the
bottom up, and then the shoulders are bound off using a 3-needle bind-off. The
turtleneck stitches are picked up along the neck edge and worked in the round.
