Rowan Lattice Scarf from Carousel’s Alpaca Soft DK Collection is a super-soft Fair Isle scarf that is a beautiful addition to your winter wardrobe with the matching hat. The two-color rib, tubular construction, and brilliant color change-up in the patterning make this a fun and exciting project.
