Rowan Whirlwind from Tweed Haze is a lovely yet simple women’s sleeveless jacket that is the perfect extra layer for the cooler days. The sweater features a three-button front closure, a deep v-neckline, and side vents. Whirlwind is an easy to wear as it is to make.
