I’ve used Felted Tweed in the past, and though when knitting it feels slightly rough, after washing the result is a lovely, significantly softer fabric! I’m working on the Rowan KAL Heirloom. It’s a beautiful project with lovely colorwork details. I’m quite pleased with the results. Swatching first to be sure of the final results made me even more excited to work this project with this yarn.

Great yarn. Works up beautifully and feels so soft when blocked
Rowan Felted Tweed is such a beautiful, tweedy yarn! I’m making a striped sweater using 9 of the colors, and they all coordinate beautifully, because the nups are the same colors across all color ways (black, white, and blue). It is lovely and supple to work with, although it does ‘shed’ quite a bit more than other merino blend yarns, maybe due to the felting process. It is also quite thin for being labelled DK. This knits up wonderfully into my sweater. Its warm and soft and not at all skratchy

This is one of my favourite yarns to knit with. It washes and blocks beautifully more importantly is very comfortable to wear. The colour palette is interchangeable as all colours are speckled within all yarns making it great for colour work.
