Product Details
Vermeer is a free knit hat and gloves pattern with fun cable accents. Designed by Susan Mill using Rowan’s wonderfully soft machine washable worsted weight yarn, Pure Wool Worsted, one ball of yarn makes both the hat and fingerless gloves.
Finished Measurements:
HAT: 16” head circumference with fabric relaxed. Will stretch to fit up to about 21” head circumference
FINGERLESS GLOVES: 7” hand circumference, and 6¾” long. Will stretch to fit up to about 8” hand
Yarn Requirements: 1 ball of Rowan Pure Wool Worsted, shown in Raspberry 117 and Damson 150
Needle(s): US size 8 (5mm) 16” circular needle and DPNs
Gauge: 22 sts and 25 rnds to 4” [10 cm] in Cable Pattern for hat with fabric relaxed; 18½ sts and 25 rnds to 4” [10 cm] in st st; 10-st Cable Panel for gloves meas 1½” [3.8 cm] wide
