When designing this sweater I had all the knitters in mind who really do not like to work in the round… so this sweater is knitted flat on straight needles, and has a simple slip stitch pattern on the front and sleeves, which adds a some colourful detail. You will need to seam the front, back, sleeves, and shoulders, then sew the sleeves into position and lastly the collar, so there is a little seaming involved. I am sure there are many knitters out there who, like me, do not mind seaming!!, I actually find this process very rewarding.
Pattern comes with schematic, and picture tutorials showing how to add the shawl collar.
