Techniques Used

Materials and Tools

Yarn: Shibui Silk Cloud (60% kid mohair, 40% silk), 330 yards per 25 grams. The pattern requires 3 (3, 3, 3, 4) skeins of Color A and 3 (3, 3, 3, 3) skeins of Color B. The example shown uses Cypress as Color A and Field as Color B. Two strands of Silk Cloud are held together throughout the project to create the desired fabric weight and drape.

Needles: Size 4 (3.5 mm) circular needles in 16" and 24" lengths, and Size 6 (4 mm) circular needles for working the body.

Additional Tools: A crochet hook is required for the provisional cast-on method, and waste yarn is needed for the temporary cast-on.
