Product Description
A simple and straightforward cable knit tank top pattern, suitable for a newbie knitter who is ready to take on their first cable knit design.
This tank top is a neat fitting design that skims the body, it has a scoop neckline that knits up fairly quickly on 5.5mm needles. 4 sizes are included, each size has ease to fit across two sizes, from a UK size 8-10 to a UK 18-20. To keep it as easy as possible to read, the instructions for the front of the top have been written separately as each size is subtly different in order to maintain symmetry and balance across the cables.
Summer and Autumn yarns have been tested for this pattern and they give very different textured finishes. It is a lovely design to wear. The subtle nod to vintage styling makes this a versatile addition to any wardrobe. The yarn used to test the pattern is Rowan Denim Revive it gives a lovely open texture, perfect for Summer.
