I purchased Sirdar Country Classic to be used as a neutral stripe in a multi-colored afghan. I needed a washable yarn because this blanket will be for my grandson. All of the multi-colored stripes are superwash wool in a dk weight and the Country Classic pairs beautifully with them. I would definitely use this yarn again and especially if having a washable yarn is important for the project. It’s also very soft and drapey.
