      Comments about true Stella:

This worsted weight yarn can be used solo or with another yarn. I used it solo as a stripe in my sweater fabric. It is a flat and slightly stretchy consistency in handling, but it does not stretch out in wear. It adds a soft glitz accent to any item with which it is made.

        Comments about true Stella:

I'm making a tunic out of this for semi-formal use (I sing in a symphony chorale and need dressy attire when the formal uniform will not be worn). I was worried about the Lurex being scratchy but have found this is not the case. I knit during rehearsal breaks and the yarn has gotten a lot of admiring comments.

              Comments about true Stella:

I am an avid crocheter, but had never worked with silk yarn until now. I made a summer weight scalloped cloche that is delightful to wear even in warmer weather. This yarn was so very easy to use and the stitches have great definition! I would strongly recommend this yarn to anyone who has been hesitant to use silk. It would be lovely as any accent accessory such as a skinny scarf. I don't think that the lurex would feel scratchy against bare skin.

              Comments about true Stella:

Used this for the Khloe jacket as required in the pattern. Except for a drop stitch type garment, I probably would not use this to make an entire item. I think it is perfect for accenting or trimming.

This was quite suprising to use in that it looked like it would be difficult to crochet with yet it was smooth as silk and like a dream to crochet with.
