Product Details
The Searchlight Poncho from Tahki Yarns is the ultimate cozy layer, perfectly suited to keeping you warm through even the deepest chill. Super Bulky Highland Roving is a thick single ply of wool that’s gently spun with a lofty feel and an incredible toastiness factor. Your poncho will work up quickly on large needles, and the simple shaping makes this a beginner-friendly design too. Each piece is knit flat and seamed during finishing, allowing for a clever mix of stitch direction in the finished piece that adds that extra bit of style and interest. The Searchlight Poncho will keep you warm wherever your day takes you, whether it’s your favorite knitting chair during a snowstorm or out to run errands on a chilly day. With great coverage, a cozy hood, and handy arm openings, this poncho is made to move with you and make sure you’re toasty warm too. Stitch patterns are written out only.

The pattern for the side piece is not well written, although it is simple enough to understand. As soon as I realized I made a mistake, I undid everything and, instead of following the pattern, I followed my intuition, and it is looking like the picture. I am still in the process of making the pieces, so I am not done yet. I might take another star when I put together everything.
