Designed with Indigodragonfly's luminous colors and Jennie the Potter's sumptuous buttons, this cowl creates a waterfall of pleats and texture, and can be worn many ways depending on how you button it. Wear it fully buttoned for a close, high-volume cowl, or partially buttoned for a deep, drapey kerchief. The possibilities are endless!
