Techniques Used

This beginner-friendly knitting project combines several foundational techniques to create visual interest and structure. The wrap features moss stitch (also called seed stitch), which creates a textured, bumpy fabric by alternating knit and purl stitches in a checkerboard pattern. The main body of the wrap transitions into stocking stitch (stockinette stitch), the most fundamental knit fabric, which produces smooth, even rows of V-shaped stitches on the right side.
