Universal Yarn Cotton Supreme Speckles Yarn - Cotton Worsted

As a cotton lover, I'm smitten with Cotton Supreme Speckles, as well as the Cotton Supreme solid-color version. I can easily say these are the best cotton yarns I've used. The yarn is soft in the skein and gets even softer after machine washing and drying. Also, unlike some cottons, Cotton Supreme Speckles doesn't shed or pill before or after washing and drying. (Be sure to wash and dry your swatch, though...the length of your finished project might shrink a bit so you may want to accommodate...

I originally purchased the yarn to knit a sweater, but lost interest. Instead, I wove a baby blanket on a floor loom. I was concerned whether the yarn would stretch too much but it held its shape and was fun to weave. The baby blanket turned out beautiful with variegated colors in both warp and weft.

I love this yarn. It’s heavy enough but not too heavy. I buy it all the time.
