I am working on a large blanket with a cable / lace pattern. This yarn is very easy to work with, slides on the needles even in humid weather and makes a nice pattern. The blanket is coming in very soft and ""plushy"" I tend to knit a lot of hats and I will certainly use this yarn for them later this year.
I am knitting a blanket for my 5 year old nephew's twin bed. It is striped and Haydenville Bulky had great colors to choose from. Love the stitch definition. I am using red, yellow, a blue and a green. Looks great.
I used this yarn for Knitty pattern Megadahlia Lap Rug (Franklin Habit) and it turned out beautifully. I ordered 7 skeins and used 6, and I joined the yarn using a Russian join, to avoid knots. I am very pleased with the results and would absolutely make another one. This is going to be a baby blanket for a beloved niece, but I think she will love and use it for years.
Planning to knit a Cowl for my Granddaughter. The Cowl pattern with Knit and Purl stitches
Good products thanks
Found that gauge was not as described and had a difficult time adjusting my project
Am knitting a beaded sweater that I have made before. Every time I wear it I always receive a compliment so decided to make another. Am having a difficult time with the gauge of this yarn. Will not buy again.
Nice color selection and affordability.
I made an afghan with this yarn. Each skein is only 107 yards so I needed a lot. I would estimate that 60% of the skeins I purchased had knots where the yarn was retied. This was an expensive blanket to make and I'm worried that any or all of the knots will break.
Used this for a prayer shawl for a dear friend whose daughter was murdered. The yarn is soooooo soft and worked up in the Winter Brunch Shawl pattern beautifully.
