    Taconic is, to date, one of the easiest yarns to work with and I’m absolutely smitten with how soft and cozy it works up and how much of a joy it is to handle. The texture of the finished fabric has a lovely natural drape and looks great in many different stitch patterns.

    A word to the rough of hand: be sure to take care not to pull too hard on a strand, as it is not terribly difficult to break if you aren’t watching your tension. I found no issue with this quality as I was working on my project but figured it was worth mentioning in case any weavers were thinking of using it as a warp.

    I am making a vest with it. It is a well constructed yarn and knits up easily. The blue is a medium blue but there are slubs of white throughout. Quite charming.

    Love the quality, my only issue is in one of balls of wool there were several joins of wool, I find that unacceptable
