I keep finding HUMAN hair raveled within each skein as I gradually use it. It cannot be my own, as it does not match my hair, and I store my yarn in plastic bags. There were also a few knots where the yarn has been sloppily tied together in 2/4 balls of yarn. Otherwise, the yarn is incredibly soft and great for the scarf i'm making.
I bought 16 skeins and so far, most have joined knots. Of the 9 I used up to now, one skein had FIVE knot joints. Two had places where the yarn was unraveled near a knot.
The yarn was soft and easy to work with, but literally every ball had at least one join knot in it, which was a huge pain. The joins were secure, but I loathe having a big knot in a project that messes with the tension, so I undid all of them and wove in the ends. Additionally, there was some straw and sometimes human hair in the weave.
While I love the weight and colors in this yarn, of the 30 skeins that I ordered more than half have some type of flaw (not fully spun, slice through one of the threads, joining knot in the yarn.) The quality was not up to par. I would not use this again.
Well priced, nice yarn to work with. Planning to make a cardigan with the yarn. Have used for scarves & hats previously.
This yarn is very smooth and enjoyable to knit with. The pattern was also good. Recommended! I bought at least 4 colors for different iterations of my project.
Just like others stated, yarn is nice and soft, but as expensive as it is, it should not have knots at all... Especially because it's not a huge ball of yarn. Knots are a hugely 'highway robbery' of your finished product.
Beautiful color. Soft and easy to knit with.
Really nice and easy to use. Colors perfect for my project
