Very soft, lovely yarn. My only complaint is that were little bits of vegetation in almost every skein I purchased. It was easy enough to pick out, but just surprising that it was in so many of them
Very lovely, soft yarn. My only complaint is that there has been little bits of vegetation in almost every skein I purchased. Not huge amounts, but like two or three little grass/hay strands in each one. I'm able to pick them out, so it's not a huge deal and wouldn't stop me from purchasing it again in the future, but I'm just surprised at how many skeins have had it in them.
This yarn is a pleasure to work with. It feels great in your hands and the stitches show beautifly. I've bought it several times and have been pleased with the results every time.
GOOD STUFF
The yarn is incredibly soft, but still has good definition. Blocks like a dream.
No issues with ordering.
This was my first experience with Valley Yarns. A friend of mine uses this yarns for sweaters. I am making fingerless gloves with this DK yarn and very pleased with the quality and cost of this product. It is a superwash wool, 20% silk and yak. I wish I discovered this yarn earlier.
Quick receipt and able to color match, yeah!
