Neckband instructions should be as folls:
Row 1 (WS): *K2, P2, rep from * to end.
Last row sets rib pattern. Work in rib pattern until neckband meas 12 cm, ending with RS facing for next row.
Starting with a K row, work in st st for 6 rows.
Cast off.
