Product Description
I've always loved the stitch pattern called Wickerworks, and my newest design uses that classic stitch pattern along with a very scaled-up version of it, together with a lovely narrow cable and some twisted ribs.
Make your cowl long and narrow to wrap around twice, or deeper for a single wrap as shown here.
Techniques used: Tubular cast-on (recommended), simple decreases, afterthought yarnovers, twist stitches, cables, Italian sewn bind-off (recommended), reading charts.
Pattern includes: Written instructions, stitch patterns in charted format only, glossary.
