Product Description
Xuan is a Vietnamese word meaning Spring, often used as a first name. Xuan is pronounced s oo uh n. My original inspiration came from the yarn itself, when I placed the Chartreuse gradient and the Jelly pink together I became obsessed by the combination. The colours reminded me of the beautiful embroidery of the Hmong people and as I was headed to Vietnam on a holiday I decided to create a design that would be perfect to knit on my trip. Team a six colour gradient or solid colour with a contrast colour to create your Xuan Wrap - perfect for a bright colour combination or downplayed with tonal neutrals. The mosaic colourwork is simpler than it looks as only a single colour is worked per row, with slip stitches creating the pattern. Xuan Wap is easily adjusted, to make the most of your gradient set or yardage.
