Loved the color. Texture a bit rough. But the yarn constantly broke during winding and when I tried to knit with it, I had to keep stopping and starting, joining the yarn. Not my favorite.

A very stong yarn, excellent for hats. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin.

The color is beautiful and rich, but it is a very scratchy yarn. I was tempted to return it, but as I said, the color foxglove was so beautifully textured, and would be so perfect for my recipient that I am using it anyway. Fortunately I’m using for an Aran cardigan so she can wear over a shirt. I thought the Irish yarn would be appreciated. But it’s rough stuff.
