I really like this yarn for baby blankets - perfect all the way around. Too bad its being discontinued.
Great yarn for a good cause
I use Berroco Comfort Worsted to knit hats for two local schools. The nurses give them to kids who don’t own hats. I love the wide range of colors and the fact that this yarn can be machine washed and dried. Sorry to note that it has been discontinued!

I bought this yarn to make a farmhouse granny square blanket. My first attempt at making the blanket ended in abject failure and rage because I hated the yarn I initially bought. After doing some searching and seeing berroco comfort suggested by multiple people I ordered some and started over. It was love at first stitch. It crocheted beautifully and it was so easy to keep good tension throughout the project which is usually a struggle for me. There’s a delicious squish to the finished squares....

This yarn with its high nylon content (50%) is great for slippers. I usually prefer wool but that wears out too fast in slippers.

I have used this yarn many times. I love it but this time I was knitting and there was a knot in the yarn. I continued . The next row I saw there was a big hole. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Then I saw that the knot had come undone! I had to take another row back and put my own knot to put the yarn back together. I’m Knitting a baby blanket and it was very time consuming and frustrating. I’ve been knitting for many years and have never encountered anything like this. Color 9710 Dye...
