What is Being Made

The Maccabeau is an oversized knit sweater designed by Amy Christoffers. This garment features a generous fit with approximately 16–18" of ease and is available in five sizes with finished bust measurements ranging from 40" to 72". Construction Method

This sweater employs a seamless, top-down construction technique that minimizes finishing work. The yoke is worked flat following a charted pattern, after which the ribbing is sewn together. Stitches are then picked up around the yoke and the body is worked downward in one continuous piece, eliminating the need for seaming the body and sleeves.
