What is Being Made

Techniques Used

This shawl is worked flat on circular needles in a seamless construction method. The design incorporates striped colorwork achieved by alternating between two yarn colors row by row. The pattern uses slipped stitches as a decorative technique, with specific yarn management instructions: when working slipped stitches on the right side, yarn is carried in back (on the wrong side), and on the wrong side, yarn is held on the side facing you. Each row is worked with only one color yarn, and rows containing slipped stitches always use the second color (C2).
