With a wide variety of colors, this yarn is perfect for colorwork, amigurumi, or that just right shade of blue! This yarn is also a perfect substitute for Berroco Vintage DK but in smaller balls!
Note: When substituting for Berroco Vintage DK, double the number of skeins. Vintage Baby is in 50g skeins and Vintage DK is 100g skeins.

I've used this yarn (Vintage DK) for years. I usually knit sweaters. I will use the pink for a baby blanket. I wish you kept more colors in stock. I like the weight and ease of care. I love it. I have not finished the baby blanket yet.
Excellent stitch definition, vey soft and easy to use. It was much nicer than I anticipated given its modest price. I used it to knit a sweater for my new granddaughter and just love the finished piece. I made a pullover sweater with stranded heart motif and it's very cute. I will purchase again!
Vintage baby is one of my favorite yarns for knitting children’s clothes. All of the Vintage line have excellent stitch definition, a lot of drape, and are soft enough for picky toddlers. My only regret is that sometimes the color I see on my computer screen doesn’t look like the yarn when it arrives in the mail. This time I ordered the color “toast” which is a solid, unheathered beige with a gray undertone. (Unlike the vintage DK color “mushroom” which is a solid beige with a strong golden...
I knit a beautiful child’s sweater that had a leafy lace pattern around the neck, long sleeves, and a six-button button band. The yarn was a lovely purple that had several other colors in the yarn, and it worked well for the pattern. It is machine washable and comfortable to the skin. Once I blocked it, it had a lovely soft drape. I was very pleased with the final sweater.
Good baby yarn, the Kirby sweater is a great Berroco baby gift. The yarn is especially. soft after a machine wash and dry (on delicate)
I like this yarn because it can go in the washer. But it creates a loose weave when knit using the recommended needle size. Next time, I’d go down 1 or 2 needle sizes, and make a larger size to compensate.
Very nice yarn and very washable
It is a yarn I have been returning to for making baby and child knits. It has a good feel and knits well. It is soft, easy care, and has no pilling with care in keeping with a household busy with children.
