Big Sister is knit seamlessly from the top down (no short rows). After knitting the collar and back shoulders, a few stitches are picked up for the fronts and sleeve caps, which are incorporated into the upper body. The bottom band with the pockets is worked across and joined at the same time. Easy techniques combined to a refined result. It will only take a few stitches to attach the pockets.
To knit the perfectly fitting cardigan for you, the pattern includes 3 options for the shaping (slight A-line / wider hips / waist shaping) and instructions how to adapt for in-between-sizes.
