Product Description
Circular Reasoning is worked in the round, beginning with a two colour stranded colourwork pattern and ending with alternating bands of stranded colourwork and slipped stitch texture. The ends are then grafted together to make a seamless double loop cowl. To make the cowl as written, you will need approximately 350m of Spincycle Yarns Dyed in the Wool (sport weight) in Shades of Earth (the colour-shifting yarn) and 914m of Spincycle Yarns Debauchery (lace weight, held double) in Wrath (the grey) or 458m of sport weight/5-ply yarn. While the slipped stitch pattern adds a textural element, you can also do the entire scarf in stranded colourwork, in which case you will need 463 yds/423m of Dyed in the Wool and 926 yds/846m of Debauchery or 463 yds/423m each of two colours of heavy fingering/light sport weight yarn.
Notions: stitch marker(s), yarn needle, scrap yarn for provisional cast on.
