Construction Techniques

The Gavina wrap is constructed using a bottom-up, seamless, worked-flat approach. The garment begins with a cast-on of 187 stitches and is worked in one continuous piece without seaming. The construction method incorporates strategic increases using the cable cast-on method to expand the stitch count as the ties are formed, creating a unified design from cast-on to bind-off.
